She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Martin and Mary Susannah Falls Peele; her husband Judge Edward B. Clark; her siblings, Martha Peele Brown, Mary Falls Peele McDonald and Rev. Luther Martin Peele, Jr. (Billy); and her sisters-in-law, Sarah Clark West and Grace Clark Dale.

She is survived by: her sons, John Hector Clark of Charlotte, N. C., Edward Breeden Clark, Jr. (Nancy) of Elizabethtown, N. C. and Dr. Benjamin Peele Clark of Pawley's Island, S. C; her grandchildren, Martha Clark Odom (Tommy) of Charlotte, Leslie Clark of Charlotte, Jason Clark of Hawaii, Edward B. Clark III (Amanda) of Ellicott City, MD. and H. Allen Clark of Asheville; her great grandchildren, Annie Odom, Max Odom, Emma Clark and Aiden Clark; and her daughter-in-law Donna Clark of Durham, N. C..
