We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2020, at the age of 100, Zenna Mae Roten (Laurel Springs, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Trealy Royal and Mary Perry Royal; her husband Odell Clarence Roten; and her sons, Jimmy Dean Roten and Bruce Roten.
She is survived by: her children, J. B. Roten of Laurel Springs, Jerry Roten of Crumpler, Clarence Roten of Mouth, Roger Roten of Hickory, Billy Roten of Laurel Springs, Louise Testerman of Statesville, Imogene Rouse of Kannapolis, Helen Cooper of Taylorsville, Linda Spears of Wilkesboro and Audrey Brooks of Lansing; and her brothers, Freeman Royal of Wilkesboro and Ed Royal of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by 74 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
