He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Allen and Mary Elizabeth Roten Maltba; his wife Roxanne Winebarger Maltba; his stepchildren, Brittany Winebarger of Creston and Brady Severt of Laurel Springs; his siblings, Rebecca Rhodes of Roaring River, Debra Maltba of Hayes, Tony Maltba of Creston, Gary Maltba of Laurel Springs and Johnny Maltba of Crumpler; and his grandchildren, Carson and Brooklyn Winebarger.
