He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ronda, Betty Rash, John and Nell Howell. He is survived by: his parents, Jimmy Howell and Christine Rash Howell of Crumpler; his wife Sandra Howell; his children, William, Emma-Rae, Taylor, Tyler and Dalton; his sister Crystal Howell of Crumpler; and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
