She is survived by: her husband Earl Deal; her children, Buddy Deal (Della) of Laurel Springs and Meg Deal of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Justin Riley, Trevor Riley and Helen Deal.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Laurel Fork Presbyterian Church for the Ashe & Alleghany Backpack Programs.
