He was predeceased by: his father Fred Combs; and his significant other Wilma Arlene Bowlin Combs. He is survived by: his stepson Steve Woodie (Tammie) of Laurel Springs; his caregiver Rita Richardson; his grandchildren, Kevin Woodie (Kayla) of Laurel Springs and Chasity Dishman (Jesse) of Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Allen Woodie, Rylee Phipps, Mallory Phipps and Jesslynn Dishman. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
