He is survived by: his children, Barry Joe Billings of Laurel Springs, Renee Adams of Benton and Crystal Bolton (Greg) of Benton; his siblings, Roy Billings of Lansing, David Billings of West Jefferson, Mildred Billings and Wanda Hardin; and his grandchildren, Katrina Long, Ashley Billings, Tara Allen, James Adams Jr. and Scott Bolton. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
