She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hatcher, Sr. and Annie Pearl Leviner Hatcher; her husbands, Warren Ed Phillips and James Norton; her son David Edward Phillips; and her siblings, Lester Hatcher (Edith), Raymond Hatcher (Betty), Bobby Hatcher (Betty), David "Nick" Hatcher (Virginia), Jackie Dean Hatcher and Geraldine Donovan.
She is survived by: her children, Duane E. "Sam" Phillips of Laurel Hill, Belinda P. Scott (Tony), Rebecca "Becky" Scott (Timmy) of Laurinburg, Gwendolyn Moore (Randy) of Little River, SC, Estace "Sherry" Phillips and Roxana "Cootie" Burr (Glen) of Laurinburg; her siblings, Thomas G. Hatcher, Wayne Hatcher (Lisa) and Joane Cribb (Mitchell); and her grandchildren, Angi Romaine (Adam), Donna Scott, Lawrence "Scottie" Scott, David E. Scott, Amy Scott, Kelly M. Chavis (Justin), Brian Chavis, Kevin W. Phillips (Heather), Keisha Phillips, Maxie Phillips (Jeff), Crystal G. Phillips, Darren Barfield (Rachel), Damien Burr (Samantha), Rachel Lynn Phillips, Chelsea L. Phillips, Destine C. Phillips and Dakota Phillips. She is also survived by thirty-six great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
