He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Christine Godwin Lewis. He is survived by: his father Roger Ladon Lewis, Sr.; his children, Roger Shane Lewis, Destiny Paige Lewis and Morgan Rose Lewis; his sister Vee T. Lewis (Jonathan Greene); and his grandchildren, Braxton McKenzie and Braylee McKenzie. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
