It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Penny Ann Leviner (Laurel Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on November 24, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilton Thomas Kelly and Annie Mae Nance Kelly; and her siblings, Hilton Kenneth Kelly, Virginia Jordan, Catherine McGee and Sudie Caulder.
She is survived by: her children, Wilbert Lee Leviner, Jr. (Danielle) of Laurel Hill, Tina Ann Leviner (Michael Williams) of Laurinburg and Karen Ann L. Locklear (Steve) of Laurel Hill; her grandchildren, Christopher Lee Leviner, Jonathan Hilton Williams, Tristan Adam Williams, Aaron Ray Locklear, Cassey Leigh Leviner, Mikala Ann Locklear, Kaleigh Danyelle Leviner, Aaliyah Williams and Kelynne Williams; and her close friends, Sam Bostic and Christi Rye. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
