She is survived by: her children, Roy Mitchell Owens of Laurinburg, Millard Jacobs, Jr. (Phyllis Hicks) of Laurel Hill, Alex Christopher Jacobs (Adam Smith) of Fayetteville and Daphne Westbay (Vic) of McColl, SC; her adoptive children, Melanie Owens of Hamer, SC and Chasity Owens of McColl, SC; her siblings, Harvey Owens (Marcia) of Morehead City, Alphonso Owens (Lucille) of Hamer, SC, Levi Owens (Casandra) of Blenheim, SC, Elizabeth Moore of Rowland, Dola Mae Roberts (Jim) of Blenheim, SC, Linda Hunt (Charles) of Little Rock, SC, Mary Ellen Owens of Hamer, SC and Blondell Deal (James) of Maxton; and her grandchildren, Derick Herrington, Stacey Plato, Jonathan Graham, Ashley Pitchford, Ariel Jacobs, Aurora Jacobs, Millard Jacobs, III and Christina Craven. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; her many nieces, nephews.
