She was predeceased by: her father Robert Godwin; her stepfather Jerry Bell; her son Timmy "TJ" Locklear; her siblings, Rodney Godwin and Rebecca Locklear; and her aunts, Verlene Jacobs and Rosie Locklear.
She is survived by: her mother Louise Locklear Bell; her children, Jerry Locklear (Andrea) of Laurel Hill, Chandler Hunt of Laurel Hill and Savannah Locklear of Laurel Hill; her siblings, Robert Locklear (Hannah) of Rowland, Terry Locklear (Tonya) of Rowland, Bernadine Locklear (Dwight) of Rennert and Loria Ann Locklear (Ricky) of Red Springs; her grandchildren, Jaiden, Timmy, Jakaela, Makinzlee and Dalayla; and her friends, Amanda Dunn, April Locklear and Shelley Turner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
