He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Foster and Abbie Clark Foster. He is survived by: his son Christopher Hartley (Kalyn) of High Springs, FL; and his brothers, Mark Foster (Beth), Mitch Foster (Angie) and Laurel Hill. He is also survived by two grandchildren; along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
