She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Collins and Lottie Hewitt Collins of Florence; her husband John D. Milligan; her granddaughter Angela Milligan; and her siblings, Ruby Mims, Joanne Martin, Patricia Leroy, Kenneth Collins, Buddy Collins and Charlie Collins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Gaymon (Charles) of Timmonsville, SC, Barbara Lamb (Gene) of Lake City, SC and Michelle Willis (Jason) of Laurel Hill, NC; her sisters, Martha Medlock (Roger, Sr.) of Charleston, SC and Margaret Wise (ML) of Lake City, SC; her grandchildren, Kimber Willis, Tyler Willis, Mindy Rozek, BJ Yarbrough, Matthew Yarbrough, Melissa Yarbrough, Kevin Gaymon and Kimberly Chavis; and her close friends, Donald and Melody Snead of Laurel Hill.
