He is survived by: his wife Lisa Milligan Wagner; his children, Lew "Lukie" Wagner (Stacey) of Raleigh, Michael Wagner of Maxton, Christopher Jacobs (Kylee) of Laurel Hill, Paula Wagner of Maxton, Dollie Webster (Michael) of McColl, SC and Nickey Milligan (Matt) of Rowland; and his brothers, Jerry Ray Wagner of Laurinburg and Paul "Pee Wee" Wagner of Laurinburg. He is also survived by grandchildren; a precious great-grandson.
