He is survived by: his wife Diane Chavis Norton; his sons, Larry Norton, Jr. (Tasheta) of Rocky Mount and Marcus Norton (Heather) of Cary; his grandchildren, Destiny Norton of Hope Mills, Majesta Norton of Hope Mills, Evan Norton of Cary, Kristen Norton of Cary, Ni'Caila Norton of Rocky Mount, Xi'Omari Norton, I of Rocky Mount and Juana Odom of Rocky Mount; his great grandchild Elizabeth Norton of Hope Mills; and his siblings, Charles Norton (Christina) of Bennettsville, SC, Harrison Norton (Iris), Ronald Norton (Alice), Richard Norton (Cindy), Margaret Graves, Betty Hatcher (Jimmy) and Carol Norton (Thomas). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
