He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eugene Wilkins and Louise Seagraves Wilkins. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Wilkins of Laurel Hill; and his siblings, Edward Wilkins of Lancaster, SC, Darrell Wilkins of Gibson, Mary Ann Chavis of Gibson, Irene Jernigan of Laurel Hill and Geraldine Sessoms of Hamlet. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
