He is survived by: his parent Annie Mae Nance; his wife Brenda Chance Kelly; his daughter Hilary Kelly; his sister Peggy Leviner of Laurel Hill; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Taylor Tolbert, Trinity Tolbert, Hailey Thompson, Zadiah Kelly and Tyrell Walls; and his great grandchild Alexandria Tolbert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
