Adkins of Laurel Hill and Vance Pearson (Christy) of Pinebluff; her sister Martha Garner of Randolph; and her stepdaughters, Stephanie Smith Bell (Michael), Amanda Ward (Ricky) and Jennifer Smith. She was also cherished by three step-grandchildren; one step-great grandchild.
