He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Parks Fipps; his daughter Sharla F. Huneycutt (Marcus) of Laurinburg; his grandson Hunter Huneycutt; his sister-in-law Glenda Fipps of Chadbourn; his nieces and nephews, Dina Brown, Harold D. Fipps, Jr., Vicki Lynn Dudney and Robin Watts Bowen; and his friend Vickie Millenbaugh.
