He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Jeffery and Mattie Strickland Jeffery; his wife Susan Jeffery; his nephews, Kevin Hicks and Cecil Ellis; and his niece Nevaeh Ellis.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Talbert (Shawn Cummings), Leslie Jeffery (Kenneth Jacobs) of McColl, S. C., Gina Tyson of Gibson and David Riley (Mallory) of Laurinburg; his siblings, Laura Hicks (Billy) of Bennettsville, S. C., Ronald Jeffery (Leigh) of McColl, S. C. and Lisa McLaurin (Shawn) of Clio, S. C.; and his grandchildren, Ciara Norton, Jordan Walcott, Cameron Cummings, Chloe Elliott, Alissa Taylor, Alexis Jeffery, Arieana Jacobs, Alaiya Jacobs, Nathaniel Norris, Ginia Norris, James Riley, Alyna Riley, Nathan Riley and Chloe Russell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, all attendees are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing when possible.
