Betty Ray Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ray (Laurel Hill, North Carolina), who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Haynes and Mary Elizabeth Hale Haynes; her sons, Ronald Ray and Darrell Ray; her siblings, B. F. Haynes, Floree Gaye, Jerri Terry and Dot Studdard; and her grandson Jason Ray.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Ray Adair (John) of Laurel Hill; her brother Doug Haynes of Georgia; and her grandchildren, Jessica Troublefield, Marc Stutts, Eric Ray (Ali), Shae Stutts, Jeremy Ikner, Trent Stutts, Zane Troublefield, Lexi Troublefield, Dylan Ray, Tyson Ray, Cainan Stutts, Layla Stutts and Christian Stutts. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Scotland Memorial Hospital Foundation, 500 Lauchwood Drive, Laurinburg, NC 28352.
