She is survived by: her husband Carl Butler; her daughters, Connie B. Locklear (Charlie) of Maxton, Sandra Ellen Royal (Russell) of Houston, TX, Shelia B. Boone (Glen) of Raleigh, Judy Lynn Sitzler (Jake) of Jacksonville and Carol Jean Locklear of Lumberton; and her siblings, Jay Singletary (Linda) of Laurinburg, Larry Singletary of Laurel Hill, Jerry Lockey and Anita Strickland (Mike) of Laurinburg. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
