He is survived by: his mother Pettus Gray Brock; his wife Elizabeth Matchett Brock; his children, Alax Locklear and Tawanna Strickland (Brian); his grandchildren, Harvey D. Strickland, Gabriel Strickland, Kenneth Chance McDonald and Kayden Alax Scott-Locklear; and his pets, Harley David, Kylie and Jimi.
