With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Archie Morgan Jr. of Laurel Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Morgan, Sr. and Mary Norton Morgan; his daughter Michelle O. McCarroll of Chesapeake, VA; and his siblings, Henry Morgan, Charles Morgan, Woodrow Morgan, Claude Morgan, Beulah Weinreis, Elizabeth Teal and Catherine Britt.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Henderson Morgan; his children, Chad Morgan of Winston-Salem, Betty Ann Hodge (Billy) of Winston-Salem and Donna Sydes (David) of Richlands; and his brother Richard Morgan of Laurel Hill. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
