She was predeceased by: her husband T. W. "Casey" Martin; her son Julius Martin; her granddaughter Elizabeth Elene; her parents, Merton Conner and Georgia Dellinger Conner; and her siblings, Kenneth Conner and Margaret Ruth Conner Wehunt.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Martin (Mimi) of Shelby and Susan Martin (Alan) of Winston Salem; her grandson Alex Martin (Stephanie); and her great grandchild Thomas Brent Martin of Shelby. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Lattimore Baptist Church in her honor; Lattimore Baptist Church, PO.
