She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Farmer and Ida Jane Sluder Farmer; and her siblings, Darrell Farmer, Harold Farmer, Phyllis Osborne, Lois Nichols and Lenna Keys.
She is survived by: her husband Denver Dean Hoosier; her children, David Dean Hoosier (Susie) of West Jefferson and Debbie Diane Blevins (Mark) of West Jefferson; her siblings, Tom Farmer of Creston, Blanche Author of Idaho, Pat Mahaffey (Bud) of Creston and Sue Miller of West Jefferson; her grandchildren, Michael Lambert (Joy), Tommy Lambert (Sommer), Nichole Lewis (Jason) and Heather Miller (Colby); and her great grandchildren, Savannah Wilcox (Brian), Linken Lewis, Tori Lambert, Luke Lambert, Levi Lambert, Damion Pennington and Devin Pennington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
