He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Blevins and Minnie Baldwin Blevins; and his siblings, Russell, Purvey, Estel, Clayborn Blevins, Annie Lambert and Ella Mae Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Brown Blevins; and his sister Mary Belle Mahaffey of Lansing.
