She was predeceased by: her brother Earl "Brub" Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Testerman; her daughters, Deborah McClure of Jefferson, Geneva Cooper (Jackie) of Crumpler, Tammy Thomas Testerman of West Jefferson and Cindy Matkins; her brother Jimmy Baldwin of Lansing; and her grandchildren, Christina, Joey McKiddy, Jeff, Natasha McClure, Christy Matkins, Bryan Matkins (Paula Fox), Jonathan Hicks (Kristen Baldwin) and Jered Hicks (Bailey Wallace). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
