With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Goss of Lansing, North Carolina, born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on January 3, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Odum Jr. and Alva Marie York Odum; and her husband Robert Lester Goss. She is survived by: her sons, Joel of Lansing and Sean Goss of Lansing; her sister Leisa Dougherty (Brian) of Weber City, VA; her grandson Rory Goss; her nieces, Lindsey Jennings and Aundrea Rutledge; her nephew Marty Norris; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Abby, Trey and Eli; and her granddaughter Bella.

“Sorry to hear about Sharon, Lisa. I saw her on FB and that she was on oxygen and back in Kingsport. I decided to message her and saw this. And this after Phyllis and Larry late last year. I told Jerry that that Rob had died and she had moved back close to you. A little sad that everyone is so spread out and unaware about family, but I guess that's life. I hope you're doing well.”
