He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, Fred, Dean, Robert Blevins, Ruth Blackburn and Mary Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Blevins; his sons, Roger L. Blevins (Teresa) of Laurel Springs, Richard L. Blevins (Frances) and Randy L. Blevins; his siblings, Rex Blevins, Larry Blevins, Beryl Carter of Lansing and Faye Testerman of Jefferson; and his grandchildren, Michael Blevins (Kenna), Ashley Blevins, Christopher Blevins (Brittany), Bonnie Bradley (David), Dustin Blevins (Jessie) and Matt Blevins (Rachel). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
