He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Blevins and Mary Clyde Turnmire Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Walls Blevins; his siblings, Ken Blevins of Crumpler, Shane Blevins of Crumpler and Shelia Lynn McVicker of Wilkes; and his siblings-in-law, Loula Bell Hamm of Independence, VA, Juanita Dolinger of Independence, VA, Thomas Walls of Independence and Edward Walls of Mouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
