He was predeceased by: his parent Worth Mahaffey. He is survived by: his mother Mary Belle Blevins Mahaffey; and his siblings, Virginia Miller of Lansing, June Bowers of Crumpler, Jerry Mahaffey of Hayes and Terry Mahaffey of Lansing. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family, c/o Ashelawn Memorial Chapel, 3470 US Hwy 221 North in Jefferson.
