She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Osborne Ham of Jefferson, Sherrie Osborne Pettry (Donnie) of Conover, Ann Osborne Tucker (Phillip) of Lansing and Jeannie Osborne Tumbiolo (Tim) of Blowing Rock; her brothers, John Patrick (Mary) of Creston and Earl Patrick (Sandra) of Creston; her siblings-in-law, Earnest Howell of Laurel Springs, Dean Osborne (Nelladean) of Statesville and Patsy Patrick of Creston; her grandchildren, Rob Roark (Amber) of Wilkesboro, Taylor Tumbiolo of Blowing Rock, Ashley Whisnant (Alex) of Bethelem, Willard Bryan Sheets of Jefferson and Kevin Pettry of Conover; her great grandchild Raiden Whisnant of Bethelem; and her stepgrandchildren, Codie Tucker of Creston and Tobie Tucker of Creston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
