He was predeceased by: his parent Lemual Rash; his wife Margaret Rash; and his siblings, Wilma Mutter, Virgil Rash, Matthew Rash and Dewey Rash.
He is survived by: his children, John Rash of West Jefferson, Elvis Rash of Creston and Donna Perry (Richard) of Lansing; and his siblings, Gregory Rash of Crumpler, Ronnie Rash (Kay) of Jefferson, Leroy Rash, Roger Rash (Lillie) of West Jefferson, Barney Rash of Bristol, VA, Dean Rash of Virginia, Sandra Rash (Henry) of Crumpler and Etta Taylor (Lester) of Crumpler. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
