She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Columbus and Bessie Phillips Watson; her husband Charles Dawes May; and her siblings, Ora, Rita, Katherine, Louise and Howard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Ham (Eddie Baker) of Glendale Springs and Bessie May-Komm (Rudolf) of Longmont; her sisters, Evelyn Neaves of Reidsville, Arlee Brown (Bob) of Maryland and Violet Osborne of Maryland; and her grandsons, Bradley Ham, Daniel Ham and Clifford Farmer.
