She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jane Reichardt Rawlings; and her sister Gwen Briggs. She is survived by: her father John Oren Rawlings of Apex; her husband Joe Fulbright Jr.; her children, Joe Fulbright III (Andrea) of Raleigh, Zachary Fulbright of West Jefferson and Leah Pfeiffer (Joshua) of Charlotte; her brother Bradley Rawlings (Claudia) of Wendell; her siblings-in-law, Russ Briggs (Leigh) of Raleigh, Jerry Fulbright (Pam) of Claremont, Beverly Null (Dennis) of Claremont and Walter Fulbright (Donna) of Claremont; and her grandchildren, Nolan Pfeiffer, Graham Pfeiffer and Frances Fulbright. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
