He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Oliver and Ruth Stamper Oliver; and his brothers, Joe, Jim, John, Jerry and Jeff Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Oliver; his children, Monica Oliver and Jason Oliver (Shannon); and his sister Judy Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
