She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Franklin; her husband Parker Blevins; her daughter Judy Mae Blevins; and her siblings, Jessie Brooks Wilcox and Paul Brooks.
She is survived by: her niece Linda Rupard; her great-nephew Eric Rupard (Cindy); her great-niece Lisa Williams; her niece Rayland Williams; and also, Joseph, Justin Williams, Devin Rupard and Molly Rupard.
