She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse "Carl" Shepherd and Rosa Belle Richardson Shepherd; her former husband Wesley Reeves Blevins; and also, Herman Howard Miller, Dewey Shepherd and Ford Shepherd.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Blevins (Marsha) of Bowling Green, KY, Twilla Phipps (David) of Granite Falls and Jennifer Gambill (Nathan) of Troutman; her stepdaughter Tammy Miller Jones (Steven) of Glendale Springs; her grandchildren, Wes Gentry (Emily), Mikayla Blevins Tooley (Keith), Carly Phipps Bolick (Jon), Gabe Gambill and Ben Gambill; her stepgranddaughter Heather Hardin; her great grandchildren, Everly Pearl Gentry, Adaline Rain Gentry and Madelyn Grace Tooley; and her stepgreat-grandson Gordon Ander-Thomas Cox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
