He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elliott and Essie Elliott; his former wife Margaret Miller Elliott; his siblings, Elzie Elliott, Frank Elliott, Earl Elliott, Worth Elliott, Wayne Elliott, Doil Birchall and Edna Cauden; and his stepsons, Randy and Doug Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Richardson Elliott; his children, Joe Elliott of Warrensville and Ginger Sheets (Scottie) of Warrensville; his stepdaughters, Jatanna Sharpe of Wilkesboro, Susie Baldwin (Danny) of Jefferson and Lynda Campbell (Donnie) of Lansing; his sister Julie Richardson of Lansing; his sister-in-law Virginia Elliott of Lansing; and his grandchildren, Josh Sheets, Keshia Sims, Josey Elliott, Logan Sharpe, Kaitlyn Hembree, Colby Baldwin, Chuck Thompson, Jack Thompson and Chelsea Thompson. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
