He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint'Slick' Lewis and Minnie Jones Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Shepherd; his sons, Chuck (Saundra) and Kurt (Angie); his grandson Kolton (Paige); his siblings, Mildred and Grant (Linda); his nephews, Jon, Joseph and Kevin; his great-nephews, Clinton and Riley; and his great-niece Annabell. He is also survived by husband and great father, who was always proud of his boys.
