Barbara Adams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Adams (Lansing, North Carolina), who passed away on February 2, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Paul Houck, Sr. and Ruth Virginia Jones Houck; her siblings, Elmer Paul Houck, Jr. and Glenda Kathleen "Kathy" Bowman; her son Eddie Adams; and her husband Rev. Thomas Dale Adams.
She is survived by: her significant other Roger Day of West Jefferson; her children, Cher Adams of Mt. Airy, Melena Adams of North Wilkesboro and Timothy Adams (Jennifer) of Lansing; her brothers, Keith Houck of Hickory and Kenny Houck of Hickory; and her sisters-in-law, Sandy Roten of Lansing, Lena Mae Finley of Lansing, Linda Brooks (Ralph) of Lansing and Elaine Adams of West Jefferson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
