She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Akers Smith (Johnny); her grandchildren, Dorian Smith (Dana), Brendan Smith (Whitney), Millicent Spirlin (Michael), Meredith Goodnight (Michael), April Akers and Mary Margaret Akers (David); and her daughter-in-law Rita Akers.
