She is survived by: her children, William Simmons (Melissa Simmons) of Clearwater Beach, Florida and Christina Simmons (Eric Blount) of Kannapolis; her grandchildren, Leigh-Ann Measamer, Austin Zygner of Woodleaf, Brittany Alexis Simmons, Kenneth Montouri of Concord, Brock and Brant Simmons of Clearwater Beach, Florida; and her great grandchildren, Adam, Peyton and Noah.
