He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Foutz and Cora Ritchie Foutz. He is survived by: his children, Rick Foutz of Harrisbury, NC and Patty Herrin of Locust, NC.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Foutz (Tabitha) of Gold Hill, NC and Ashley Foutz of Locust, NC..
