Hilda Irene (Troxell) Ramseur Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Hilda Irene (Troxell) Ramseur of Landis, North Carolina, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Hilda Irene (Troxell) Ramseur to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester George and Cleo Leona Lentz Troxell; her husband Walter; her sister Bonita Troxell Francis; and her son-in-law Mark McDaniel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela McDaniel, Sandra Hicks (Al) and Julie Lewis (Greg); her grandchildren, Dr. Matthew (Lexie Riofrio), Madison McDaniel, Brent, Billy Hicks, Meredith and Ethan Lewis; her great grandchildren, Maddox, Micah and Mason McDaniel; and her brother Larry Troxell (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The service will be held at Omwake-Dearborn Chapel on the Catawba College campus on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 2 p. m. Both Hilda's and Walt's ashes will be interred at Salisbury National Cemetery Annex on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 11 a. m. COVID-prevention measures of social distancing and masks will be in place at both services to assure safety.
