He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Victor Rodgers and Rachel Irene Honbarger Rodgers; his wife Betty Lou Weaver Rodgers; and his son Kyle Dexter Rodgers. He is survived by: his children, Toni Upright of Landis, Edward B. "Butch" Rodgers (Angie) of China Grove and Donald Rodgers (Pam) of Landis. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
