He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Blackburn Apple; and his brother Carlton Apple. He is survived by: his wife Fleta Apple; his daughters, Tonya Marion (Chris) of Carthage and Angie Kelly (Keith) of Carthage; his brother Lewis Apple (Helen) of Lakeview; his grandchildren, Colton, Josh (Sydney) and Brooke; and his great grandchildren, Roddy and Avrie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Presbyterian Church in memory of Bobby Lee Apple.
