He is survived by: his wife Donna Batson Creech; his daughters, Ashley Elkins (Matt), Sarah Creech and Stephanie Tucker (Landon); his grandchildren, Sutton, Rae, Eva and Jaxon; his mother Martha Creech Boineau; and his sisters, Tammy Still and Cynthia Ray.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a monetary donation to be made at either the Boys and Girls Homes of NC or the Lake Waccamaw Fire Department in Ricky's memory.
